The Town Council will be providing free car parking in the High Street (Shopper’s) Car Park on the first Saturday in every month for a trial 12 month period starting on 4th April.

Councillors are paying the County Council for the hire of the car park on these days to encourage visits to the High Street and to provide a boost for businesses.

The success of the project will be reviewed after 9 months.
