The Town Council runs two small grant schemes, a general scheme for local organisations and groups that are constituted and have a bank account and a Climate and Enviroment Grant Scheme for applications related to climate change and biodiversity.
Smaller applications can be considered throughout the year (up to £250) but applications for the annual assessment process are preferred and are compulsory for applications over £250. Applications for the main scheme need to be made by 30th November each year, will be decided in the following January with payment being made after the April.
