At the meeting held on 19th January Councillors set their budget for the coming financial year.

A budget of £92,466 was set. It was agreed to use £4086 from free reserves and £5000 towards the cost of running the public toilets from the allocated toilet reserve and therefore set a precept requirement of £83,379.68. This would result in a precept of £61 per Band D property, an increase of £5 per year from that required in 2025-26.
